The Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis is seeking applicants for up to
two postdoctoral research positions, beginning Fall 2011. The Organizational Behavior group is
seeking applicants with recent (or expected) doctorates in organizational behavior, psychology,
or related fields.
The researcher will have the opportunity to develop his/her research and collaborate with faculty
at Olin. The one-year position, with the opportunity for renewal, will also have minor
administrative duties to support research functions. The opportunity to teach may be available for
additional compensation.
The Olin Business School has a vibrant group of faculty in Organizational Behavior including
Markus Baer, Bill Bottom, Stuart Bunderson, Kurt Dirks, Michelle Duguid, Hillary Anger
Elfenbein, Andrew Knight, Judi McLean Parks and Ray Sparrowe. The school also has growing
